2021 LA Full wall slide won't come in

My full wall slide motor runs and will push the generator out and the jacks down. It won't bring the full wall slide in.

I do have a flashing red light on a black horizontal board, but I have no idea what it means. My guess is that one of the three red lights is for generator, the other for jacks and that third is for the slide?
Thanks for any help

HWH support had me switch the lines for the steps with the full wall slide on the manifold and activate the manual switch on the motor. That brought the slide in. Now to find an HWH service center.

Interesting that we had this problem with our 2018 DSDP on its maiden voyage, and after manually bringing the slide in with the long screws, we were never able to duplicate the problem again. 3 years and 40,000 miles and no issues.

I’m tempted to try it but Newmar and HWH advise against it….
