2021 Newmar Dutchstar power off at ignition

While putting large slide out it stopped before completing being open. The slide did not lower to floor level. The power on the slide no longer worked. Other slides are working. The dash, jacks and ignition are also not working. Everything else seems to be working in the Coach.
We tried hard reset on chassis and house battery disconnect- no change. Outside fuse box appeared ok- do not have a tester.
Is there another reset button I’m missing?

Consider checking wiring perhaps fuses at the pump?

My vintage coach has only the one slide , and a fuse inside the coach to provide power to the controller and motor .

The fuse box you found outside ; did it have a diagram , saying what circuits the fuses protected ?

That box may only be for chassis related items and you should be looking inside the coach for a Newmar fuse box.

You mentioned levelers and ignition .
Are you unable to start the coach ?

What chassis is your coach built on ? Freightliner or Spartan?

Fuse panel location , can vary by floor plan can you post your model number ?

The ignition does not start
I spoke with a Freightliner rep and I found a burnt fuse in the chassis battery compartment. There are 2 - 150amp fuses
and one was broken. It seems Freightliner has specific fuses because these were not available at any auto part stores or big truck repair stores. We ordered a new fuse from a Freightliner repair center and hopefully this will fix the issues. Stay tuned

Did the fuse look like this one ; that Freightliner used in my vintage chassis ; to protect the power cable from the chassis battery bank to the dash .

Only 135 amp back in the day .

If your fuse isn't like this ; can you post a photo , so other members who may have a similar issue , know what to look for.

EDIT: Note . to blow a 150 amp fuse , I would suspect a major wiring issue , because that particular fuse ; at least in my chassis wiring ; feeds multiple circuits that are protected by lower amp fuses that should have blown first.

BTW: I'm using my slide drive ; a Newmar gear drive set up ; when posting about possible issues . Is your slide drive Newmar gear drive or hydraulic that uses the same pump as the leveler jacks . The hydraulic pump motor maybe shorted and that could have blown the 150 amp fuse .

After replacing the 150 amp fuse everything worked again. Pictures of fuse and box cover are attached.
We believe the Surge Guard 44290 surge protector needs to be upgraded as this happened right after hooking up at campsite.

I had the same issue couple of months ago with the 150 amp fuse. I couldn't help but notice you seem to have a lot of dust inside that fuse box. You may want to make sure it is completely snap into place.
