2022 Xite NavNGo update
Somewhere I saw a link to River park and an update application file for the NavNGo.
This wasn't the map update, but a software update that was to potentially fix lockup.
I cannot find the post or email.
Does anyone have this information?

I sent an email to Riverpark and they responded very quickly. A new System firmware has been released as well as a new map.
I have not installed mine yet.
Here is the message I received:

Thanks
I received the system firmware update already as I was having an issue with cameras going to the blue screen after a couple hours of driving.

Just a question ... is the "latest firmware" and the "latest navigation engine" the same update or are they two (2) separate items/updates? I have updated the maps to the latest ones using the online update process.

2 separate updates.
The firmware is a zip file you put on the clean usb drive as is. Do not unzip.
Then follow the procedure for using front USB and HDMI.
The nav app update is the iGo.apk file, done after the 1st.

Ok thanks ... that is what I was thinking. I can't get the firmware file to work. I did put just that zipped file on a clean UBS drive and did not unzip. When I follow the below instructions, I can get down to the 4th step and then I never get the 5th step to happen (Select immediately when prompted). My screen just say's "No Video Detected". I did wait more that 15 minutes. However, I was able to go ahead and do the nav app update using the iGo.apk file. I will just wait to see if others are able to do this.
Download the file to a blank USB stick (do not unzip). - ok
Insert the USB into the front USB port of the Core unit. - ok
Go to the Main Menu - ok
Select HDMI - ok
Select immediately when prompted. - never got this message
Please be patient this may take up to 15 minutes to complete.
FLSteve

I will be back at my coach Tuesday and will try it.
In the meantime, you could try a reboot of radio first doing the power disconnect and chassis disconnect.

Ok ... no go on the reboot. I will just wait till you have a chance to run it and see it you get different results.

David L. just sent me an email, and in his instructions from River Park they told him to hit "Media Center" icon, not HDMI.
Try that.

Yes ... replaced HDMI with Media Center and it works great. I am all updated.

I've been attempting to complete this update with no success. Contacted Site Solutions support and was told I needed to load the USB from a PC due to my current firmware version 2.5.6(L602).
"Your current FW version is incompatible with Mac Computer file systems. Macs write some hidden files on the stick. These cause the radio to stop the update. You will need to use a PC in this situation. This is also likely why the other update did not work."
Anyone had success updating from a Mac with the 2.5.6(L602) FW version?
