#3 Bay Door/drivers side sagging on my '15 DSDP

The #3 bay door/drivers side is sagging to the point that it will not latch. The rivets on the door side of hinge are tight as is the screws on the post support/rv side. Seems the hinge itself has either some "play" in it or the hinge is bent. Just realized it a few weeks ago and nothing has happened to cause this issue. A few other doors have to be slammed really hard but our dealer salesman as well as PDI tech both said"that's how they are made". I say POPPYCOCK to that. Before i realized door was out of alignment, I slammed it hard...as I was told to do and bent the clasp on the latch and had to take channel locks to get back in original position. Has anyone else had this problem. Took pics on Saturday and emailed to NEWMAR with the hope of them overnighting me the hinge to have installed before we leave on our 1 month trip. Will follow-up with phone call Monday morning. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Are you leveled with the hydraulic jack when the door is sagging or aired up? Our coach is flexing quite a bit and I see some misalignment on ours while on compound slopes leveled with the jacks.

While coach is on air, I adjusted a couple of the catches on coach, not on door. Ensure to mark, due to all the variances on coach lasp/catch. Just like you before this process hatch doors would not close properly. Now if coach is on hydraulic jacks and has slight frame flex, doors will still close but sometimes not as easy.

Had the same problem with the water bay door. What happened was the top of the hinge was secured to the frame with one screw and it snapped off. The fix was three screws to replace the one. So check the the top screw is still in one piece.

The 3rd door alignment has had problems as far back as 2005 with Newmar , I belief that the frame is flexing when leveled and it causes the door to move. The 2016 Star Chasis is supose to correct that problem. Newmar can adjust the door so that it fits better when leveled on jacks but only so much because at ride height the paint scheme will not match if adjusted to much.
