3-In-One Slide Out Seal Conditioner?

I normally use the Camco slide out seal conditioner. Getting ready to take a quick trip and usually treat my seals before taking a trip. I went to coat my seals and realized I was out. There was none available in the short time that I needed it so I bought the 3-In-One seal conditioner to use at least this one time. Has anybody used it and what are your thoughts on using it. Would it be worth using it on a full time basis. Any input would be highly appreciated.

Bought a can last fall and treated all the slide seals with it in October. Our slide wasn't extended again until we got to FL in January. I remember thinking how smooth the slide went out. I really think this has improved the slide operation and made it much quieter. I will be treating the seals again before we start our summer trips. I plan on buying another can before I empty this one.

How many use slide seal conditioner? We were told not to use during our dealer p/u orientation due to dirt accumulation. Conditioning seemed like a good idea to me.

Any chance they actually meant to not apply any lubrication to the slide mechanism (if you have electric slides)? I believe our Power Gear SlimRack manual says to apply a dry lube to the spur gears but not to the actual racks that run along the sides of the slides.

I do apply seal conditioner and also make certain the sides of the slides are clean. I had a horrible screeching sound until I started doing that. The slides do seem to move easier and a bit quicker. The sides looked clean but felt gritty when I ran my hands along them.

My Holiday Rambler owner's manual says to use talcum powder to lubricate the seals on the slides. I used silicone on the bedroom recently and then after the fact I read the owners manual and saw the suggestion to use talcum powder.

Most Newmar owners use 303 on slide seals recommended by Newmar a lot easier than the talcum power of old, as far as the slide rails and stop rods should be left dry as it says in your spec's for slides..
Oils will attract dirt which is not what you need.
Slide spec's in this link.
The 3-1 looks OK as long as it dry's.

Been using the 3in1 now for 3 years and seals look brand new. Never hear the seals sticking even after setting all winter.
