40 ft Newmar Mountain Aire ??

Anybody in the Merritt Island Fla. area? I'm interested in this coach, but live 600 miles away from it. It's seems like a nice coach? What do you all think?

If all the systems work and runs good that is a steal of a deal....even if you had to put 10 grand in it I would still buy it...hope you find someone to look it over for you...if you haven't called yet I would and ask a bunch of questions..jeff

Welcome to the forum MartinFamily.
Here is a Brochure and 1999 Owner Guide, oldest we have, for additional info.
Looks like they did some mods with recliners and possible TV on passenger side.
Would have full wardrobe cabinets in bedroom.
Coach looks in pretty good shape will need to check roof seals and seam seals around caps but for that price should not be a problem.
Hope someone can check it out for you, good luck.

The price is good but I'd want to see a lot more pictures and I'd pay particularly close attention to the condition. 118k miles is not tons for the mechanicals side of the mh so I wouldn't be concerned about it but most motor homes don't get there so it does indicate that it's been used quite a bit. As 007 mentioned, they removed the sofa and added mismatched recliners and there appears to be some sort of shelf / TV stand on the curbside. Also the driver seat appears to maybe have a seat cover. From the way they modified it, to me it looks like it might have been full-timed in - again not necessarily a bad thing but it certainly can put more wear on it than one that's just used on the odd weekend.
