Hi - Sorry I sent my photos in to Newmar and wasn't smart enough to keep a copy. What happens is the seal between the two plates of glass (it is a dense foam treated on both sides with a adhesive) no longer holds the glass together. That leaves the outside glass to flap in the breeze (and I doubt that the top hinge would last long). The inside piece of glass can then fall out being held on only by the two thin metal arms that are used to open and close the window. Could be dangerous and certainly leads to cold, hot and wet having access to the inside of the master bath. Hope that explains it in some manner.
