4369 booth replacement

After doing a lot of searching I believe I have found myself a Dutch Star. Yes, I am very excited about making a fair offer but, it has a euro Booth instead of the table/desk combo. questions:

What do you think it would cost to have this changed out and who would you let do it? Would you take it to Back to Newmar?

Also is not having heated floors a deal breaker?

Contact Phil Stilley at Newmar. He is the estimator and can give you a quote.

We had our sink upgraded in our VT to the larger 17 model which meant a new countertop and the sunken, removable stove instead of the fixed one.

Newmar did a fantastic job and we are very happy.

Can't help you on the floor issue.

Talk to Carlyle Lehmann at "focalwood.com" ,he is in Napanee, he can make
you just about anything and install it to match the furniture.
See the website and call him,LEAVE a MESSAGE,he is Amish, the phone is only in his shop.

Sorry,I forgot about the heated floor.
I have " Oasis" hydronic heat,it is good.
If something goes wrong and leaks with the heated
floor, how do you fix it ???

Heated floors are electric. And can be fixed.

If you cold weather camp, heated floors are fantastic.

Siggy - The floors are heated by electric, not the Oasis.

We took the booth out and had this done by focal wood products. I was able to keep the original table. Newmar said it would be a 6 month wait. It was a lot more affordable going this route. He can make what you want and match the wood perfectly. My coach is 2014 4369 DS.

I would never buy another coach without heated floors. We winter in Arizona from Maine and I use them every night. Nothing like it, they do spoil you. But, if you've never had them, you don't know what you're missing, so you'll probably be ok. Remember they are a $6,000 option. You would think that the heated basement would take care of it, but it doesn't.

totally agree on the option being fantastic....and a must have....

i don't run the heat pumps, i use the floors.....

nothing better on a cool or cold morning to put your bare feet on a warm floor in the morning....

my tiffin floors have 5 settings....i think the newmar ones are just high and low....i hope the low is not too low and the high not high enough...but i do like the idea of the slide out floor in the bedroom being heated...my tiffin floors have a small cold spot in the bedroom and the entire cockpit area is also unheated....

that's when you really know the difference ! WYKTD.....

I am not exactly sure on the cost, we had a couple other things added in. I think it was around $2,000. Newmar wanted around 6,000. He can make the cabinets any way you want. The corian on the cabinet was a perfect match to the table. There is also another shop that does work also. I'm not sure of the name.. Both are on the south side of Nappanee.

We had three settings on the floor, low medium and high. It worked really well. The slide floor especially in the bedroom was freezing cold when you went to get dressed in the morning. One of the reasons I'm upgrading to a 2018 because the slide floors are heated. The oasis is nice, it keeps the air warm, not the floor. I would prefer that when the system is on automatic and it calls for heat, that it's first choice would be furnace. Unfortunately it's heat pump, which I really don't like at night. So I switch over to "furnace" at night and "cool" during the day. For that reason, I would prefer straight air conditioners instead of heat pumps but that didn't seem to be an option. Too bad you can't customize the auto system just a tad more.

We miss our booth (previous MH) We'd like to remove our table and chairs and add the booth (to each their own taste).

If any of you folks who plan to pull yours out are located in Northern CA let me know and maybe we can make a deal.(excellent cond, white ultra leather only)
