4519 floor plan question
Just saw that NIRVC has a 2016 London Aire with the 4519 floor plan. Love the fact that the shower is huge with no other (for what it seems) loss in anything else?
Does anyone here have experience with this floor plan? Pro's and con's.

Except for the fact that we have the booth dinette, this looks just like our floor plan on the 4503. I love this plan especially with the washer and dryer not in the bathroom. The shower is a great size and love the full wall closet and double sinks . There is nothing in our unit that I have said "wish it could have this or put this somewhere else"

What about having the cook top at the edge? Any splatter from cooking get on the furniture?
Stuff does seem to happen....

We went from 15 DS4369 to 17 LA4519, shower is very large also went from booth to dinette. I like the dinette as it does double duty as computer work station!

We purchased a 18 London Aire with the same floor plan which Newmar calls now model 4531. It is great to have the large shower and have seen a number of King Aire and Essex with that floor plan. We connected with Angie at NIRVC and was very pleased with her knowledge of Newmar products. Would recommend contacting her at 214-392-1100.

16 was 1st year with STAR chassis on all diesel motor homes which is a important to have with full wall slides. We saw this coach when we were in Lewisville and it's a beauty.

Debated on the 4519 vs 4553.
4519 = larger shower and better kitchen arrangement (our opinion). No linen closet in Master bath
4553 = Adequate shower + linen closet in Master bath. DW says this closet is invaluable to her.
She says if you could order a 4553 with a 4519 kitchen, it would be perfect.
We opted for Euro booth and opposing sofas. Had dinette in previous 2 coaches and hated it. Love the booth, plus massive pullout drawers for pots and pans, etc, under the booth.

We liked the 4519 bathroom arrangement better than the 4553, for the larger shower and the toilet is not right next to the bathroom sinks. We also have the pull-out dinette table for maximum flexibility as it sometimes serves as a desk, or a table for 2, or a table for 4 depending on what we're doing.
We love our 4519!

We have the 4519 in our '17 Essex together with optional Euro Dining booth. 2-recliners and the Dormi-sofa.
Pros - The 4519 has the largest shower stall along with the stacked washer & dryer in the bathroom.
Cons-The 4519 does not include a separate linen cabinet next to the shower which is therefore is provided in the form of adjustable shelving inside the wardrobe cabinet to the rear. We have not found that type of bath linen storage to be an issue given the array of hand and bath towel racks supplied in the bathroom.
Not sure if there were any differences in the 4519 between 2016 and 2017's.

One other nice things about the 4519 bathroom is that there are medicine cabinets next to each sink (recessed into the side walls). The 4553 plan doesn't have walls next to both sinks so no medicine cabinets.

I have a 2017 LADP with that floor plan and love it. Bigger shower was the selling point. Don't have any issues without the linen closet as the rear closet is so big.
Also the full wall slide comes out further than the other slides, so I wanted that to be on the non-camp side. Not a huge deal, but a point to consider.
Finally, I added a window for the wife to see out of if she was in the kitchen area - again the kitchen faces out to the camp side.

Yes. overlooked that but good point. It is very convenient having the two medicine cabinets in the opposing walls
