98 MADP slide out will not move.

Our 98 MADP Single slide will not move. We used it last week and when we got to the rv park it wouldn't go out. Thank goodness for the 1 1/2 crowfoot that came with it witch was easy to crank it out. I had the DW push the slide out switch while i was watching and the slide motor turns but where the shaft meets the coupler things stop. Is there a shear pin in there? i can not tell and i don't have and have tried to get a diagram of it. Any help is much appreciated. Thank You.

QT's 1 & 2 has the slide spec's, you will use the old spec, most likely the torque bushing is loose or broken, there is info on torque bushings also, the motor has two cog wheels to turn to move slide.
