A/C units recommendations

I have a 2000 DSDP with 2- Brisk A/C units with heat Pumps. I just put a complete roof on the motor home. In doing so I found issues with A/C units that need attention. While doing some research I found out that the control boards need replacement, need to be upgraded to the 5 button, Duo-Therm thermostat with new boards, wiring etc. I have the 4 button thermostat. Also I found out that Newmar has a deal with Dometic where there routing of inlet/and outlet air is difference from most MH. So, my question is what unit will fit a ducted system, Newmar Dutch Star, Newmar says Penguin, but its not that simple, due the cool air and return air routing.
Please help! Thanks
