A09 error code on Washing Machine ?

On our 2013 DS, we haven't really used the washing machine until this trip. We have gotten A09 error codes about 2 out of 3 times we have used it. The coded seems to mean low water flow, yet we seem to have adequate flow in the coach and have been at the same site in this park for the last 10 days. Any thoughts ? Is there a flow reducer somewhere in the water inlet piping ? I do have a Watts pressure reducer/guage, but flow thru that is fine, it is set at 60 psi

Any kinks in the hose behind the washer?

Are you running your water pump or relying on the campground water pressure to remain constant? If you are not running the water pump, try turning on the water pump and see if it works any better.

As simplistic as it sounds, make sure the shut off valves under the bathroom sink are in the completely open position. That was the issue when I first took delivery of my new coach.

Pan --

The likely culprit is something that got stuck in the trap on the lower right bottom of the washer. A number of us have been through this drill, Deek and DW included.

First, make sure all water is off and water pump is off too. You will remove the lower plastic panel on the washer (it will pull out with gentle force and is anchored with plastic clips -- no tools necessary) and you will find on the right side on the bottom of the washer that there is a drain pipe which can be easily reached there. You will find, most likely, that there is a sock or laundry sheet or something that got away from the regular laundry load you put into the washer and is clogging this port. Removing it will put you back in business with no further hiccups. I will be happy to be proven wrong on this, but I am putting my money on this solution. Also, check your owner's manual for the error code in the trouble shooting section. It will discuss just what I mention.

Have your bucket and towels ready for residue of water to come out when this surgery is undertaken. It won't be a lot but there will be water there in most likelihood. It is, however, a simple operation.

Good luck and report back to our Peer Review Board after you have completed the surgery.

Isn't that the A10 error code? I had that one too & yes something was stuck. They reference A09 not enough water going in.
