Equipment being installed. 3 air manifolds, for controlling the steer, drive and tag axels. One auxiliary air pump. About half of this equipment was installed today. Note the size of the black air lines. Probably have 10 times the volume of the originals that entered the air bags.

After 4 years and 45,000 miles after install, it was the best investment I made to our 2016 DSDP. I did have one incident with a loose nut, which phone support helped instantly. Also our control board went bad after two years and they replaced it free of charge.

Our coach rides like a dream.

Here are some notes for those that are coming to HWH for Active Air or other service:
The factory is located just south of interstate 80 on Hwy 38, Moscow rd. You can see the cluster of buildings from the freeway. There are three gates into the compound. The third gate is the coach service entrance. You will enter down a gravel drive to a large gravel parking area where you can unhook the toad. The service office is located in the large grey building to the right of the lot.
If you are there for Active Air, you need to arrive between 7-7:30am. A tech will hop in the coach with you and direct you back west on the freeway for a couple of miles to a Pilot center where the coach will be weighed. When you return you will be guided through the second gate and up a grassy knoll towards the blue building. At 8am the techs will position you on the rack, power you up and the slides can come out.....your new home for 5 days!

No satellite of course, no cable tv, extremely limited on air stations. Verizon signal is decent. WiFi is very good. The shower/toilet facilities are not bad. A hint I was given was to wait until everyone has gone home and then use the ladies shower as it is nicer than the men’s. Worked out nicely.

Don’t expect a big crew to be working on the coach. For the first couple of days there is only one tech fabricating brackets and mounting hardware.
You will be given a key to the building and gate so you can come and go as you please.

Had ours done back in June 2017. Yes, yes, yes .... best investment in our coach we have made. Every time I get behind the wheel, I say "thank you HWH" :-) Enjoy your time in Moscow. Lynn

Auxiliary compressor installed in the front DS electrical bay.
Additional air tank installed behind air horns DS front. Leak up/down test overnight.

Explored Iowa City today about 25 miles west. Very nice college town (University of Iowa).

Thanks for that info! It looks like they only have one lift, maybe in that bldg? I will schedule an appt next year after the last snow to get my jacks rebuilt. They told me it was a one day job.

Not for Active Air, but we did make a journey to HWH. I broke my hydraulic steps, only place that would work on them was Newmar (several months wait time) or HWH. Got an appointment in a week. Fabulous people there. One day job and they covered it under warranty.
The Field of Dreams movie set is about 1.3 hours away.

Yep, I had the same problem. Of course the answer was "gee, we've never seen that before".
I already had the HWH air leveling so they used my OEM HWH air pump.
