Add to my annual check list, or as needed

I was wandering by the RV the other day and noticed a propane smell. Got out a sprayer with soapy water and sure enough the regulator on the tank was leaking. Not at any of the connections but where the two halves are crimped together. So off to the local CW for a new one. They didn’t have one for a MH but plenty for those with portable tanks. Ended up on my go to place Amazon and had one in two days. Took less than 25 minutes to remove the old one (once I started turning the connections in the right direction) and to install the new one and of course a different brand. No leaks. Sure thought these things lasted longer.

Thanks, I’m bringing the MH to the house this weekend in preparation for our annual November Hilton Head trip. Another item added to the pre-trip checklist.
