We are looking seriously to purchase a 2017 Dutchstar 4369 floor plan. It currently has 2 couches and would like to remove the Drivers Side Couch and add 2 Recliners. Has anyone completed this remodel?
Also can anyone tell me if the floor tile is under the couch or once it is removed will we encounter plywoo

Thank you! Looks great! The Coach that we are considering has the grey interior. Looks like an easy project with actually minimal expense and a nice look! Sure do appreciate your response!

Under the sofa you will encounter bare floors, as the portion under the sofa is not tiled. If you are going to get 2 stand-alone recliners, you'll have to install tile to finish the floor.

But if you got theater-style seating you could do something similar to RVstitchy

Lambright makes the exact same Theater seat in 87" which is what you need for the 43 Dutch Star. I know because we are getting ready to order a 4369 and that will be one of my special requests. Hoping they will substitute the Lambright for the Villa option. We like that particular model because the center arm rest folds up to make room for a third person or stretching out for an afternoon nap.
