Adjusting Koni Adjustable Shocks

How do I(or tell the tech who will install) to adjust these to the softest setting? The are for the front , red in color witha black dust cover. Instruction sheet is no help.

I have the same shocks and the instruction sheet is very clear on how to adjust them.

There are bunches of videos on how to do this, here's a pretty straight forward one:

I adjusted my new Koni to the soft position. It was a big mistake, front bounced up and down several times when hitting larger bumps. Removed shocks again and adjusted to mid position, now they work great. They come already adjusted to mid position but it still would be a good idea to check the adjustment before installing.
