Adjusting slide out reveal up/down

2023 LADP 4586. Passenger kitchen slide. Bottom rear most corner has maybe a mm of clearance when retracted. The other 3 slides are all good. This is at ride height and does not change if levelled (it’s a pretty level pad).

I emailed Newmar and they sent some instructions but my slide doesn’t look like the type their instructions reference. I’ve attached a couple pics of what it looks like. Essentially flat underneath, with two cog tracks, one at each end, then slots that run parallel to and outward of each cog track. The slots have filaments covering them over so they aren’t just wide open.

On my Ventana, the reveal could be adjusted as in the instructions by loosening the jam nuts on the outside bolts of the activating tube, loosening the centre bolt then adjusting the outside bolts.

On this slide there’s no activating tubes visible. There’s two bolts on the roof of the basement that line up with the slot (pic 3). Both those bolts I could turn by hand when I tested them. It seems as though the threaded rods they are on can also turn. I’m not sure if that’s the up/down reveal adjustment bolts/nuts or just like a tip in adjustment.

If someone has any insight or experience on how to adjust this kind of slide while I await another response from Newmar I’d appreciate it. My goal is to get to Newmar in the fall or NIRVC over the winter but if things shift any more in the meantime I’d like to be able to tweak it to keep going.

Not sure where my photos went, so attaching to a new post…my assumption is I did something incorrectly. Lol

Bumping it up in case it was missed. Nobody has any thoughts or guidance? If not, that will be a first for me!

I’m happy to post what I find out for future reference.

Your pictures don't show anything that actually holds the slide up. You'll need to dig a little deeper, remove covers, etc. until you find some type of rollers that might be adjusted.
