Headed to NIRVC for annual service and a few Freightliner issues. I understand they have water, elec. hookups and several dump locations. I'll be arriving on a Sunday and have been given a gate code and told to just find a space.
We plan to stay in rv like we've done at Newmar. Is that doable? Pet friendly lounge?

Hi racer0624, NIRVC has Valet on staff on Sunday until 5:00pm. Once you arrive they will be happy to get you parked and plugged in for the night.
We have a comfortable lounge upstairs that is pet friendly and we will have the coach out every evening for your overnight stay.

Eddie is the General Manager of NIRVC's Lewisville facility. A great guy and one of Brett's original group of employees.

I'm sure he can/will put you in contact with the relevant individual(s) to discuss the sale of your coach.

racer0624 ... I will be making a similar service trip there in about a month coming on a Sunday as well. Let us know how it goes.

Stayed there a couple of days when we bought our coach. A very nice setup, really nice folks.

We stayed at the Lewisville store for 3 or 4 nights earlier this year as our coach was being serviced. We don't travel with any pets so I can't speak to that part of your inquiry. But as for the overall experience, it was smooth as silk. As I recall, they came for the coach each day around 9 AM and we left to explore the area. They called in the afternoon to let us know it was back in the corral and ready for us to return. Each day our service person went over what was done that day as well as what was planned for the next day. Overall it was a great service experience.

I just returned from nirvc Lewisville and had similar experience as jepoland5. I found everyone I dealt with very courteous and professional. Pete was especially good with communication and keeping me up to date. They even did the pdm harness recall without it being on my punch list because I hadn’t received the second notice.

Depending on your timing. Might also look at The Vineyards RV Resort in Grapevine.
Easy drive to and from NIRVC.

FOLLOW UP TO NIRVC SERVICE
I can only echo previous good words about NIRVC personal. They are a great group of people.
I would only add that they have the same severe shortage of techs and obtaining parts that plagues most shops these days resulting in longer than hoped for job completion.
