Wild Card thank you so much!! You were right coming out of the bottom of what I would call a waste gate actuator. Now to find parts or a new one, your better than Spartan!

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. What you call a "wastegate" is actually the VGT actuator, pneumatically operated vs modern operates with a servo.

Air leak fixed!

Wanted to post my fix for my air leak and thanks to all that replied! Wild Card was the one that got me headed in the right direction!
It was the turbo actuator, only leaked with engine running but couldn't hear it over the engine noise.
