Air gauge out of synch
Today I started up our 2006 DS after it had been sitting without power for several weeks. Both the engine shut off and "salesman switch" had been engaged since I did not have the ability to have the coach plugged in.
When I started the coach, the rear air gauge needle was 90 degrees out of line. The needle started at about the 12 o'clock position and immediately swung to about 5 o'clock, and totally off of the gauge calibration. It is like the needle has been moved 90 degrees so isn't in line with the calibration numbers on the face of the gauge. The amount the needle moved looked like it was getting the right reading, but just out of synch with the face of the gauge. The front air gauge, and all other gauges, were functioning normally.
I didn't have time to pull the gauge pod to see if there is an adjustment, but thought someone here would probably know. Thanks for any ideas!
