Another TriMark Question

2022 Ventana 4369 The main door locks/unlocks fine with the key fobs, but when using the door handle code, the lock will not lock - but I can hear the actuator trying to lock, but just doesn't lock. The door unlocks fine with the handle code.
I went through previous posts about different 12V sources and how a relay switches polarity - could there be a voltage lower than 12v being applied when trying to lock by handle code, which moves the actuator but not enough to complete the full movement? I don't see any brass contacts on the door/frame.

Don’t punch in your code when you are locking the door. Just hold the button down for a few moments and it should lock.
