anti siphon valve

My anti siphon valve right behind mid bath on a 2020 Dutchstar leaks from the top every time the toilet finishes filling up. Any ideas? I took the valve apart and cleaned it but still doing it. Not a big leak but drops on the floor.

Anti-siphon Vacuum Breaker on the TOILET?

Brand/Model of toilet?

Best to replace....they just get worst and really start leaking when flushing toilet

The watts lfn388.

Toilet Vacuum Breaker should close when you flush toilet
If water pressure is sufficient to flush then vacuum breaker should fully close

What pressure is the Watts Reg set for?

When it closes it pushes water out the top of the valve.

Disc is NOT closing (moving up) fast enough.
Should seal off air slots before water weeps out

BUT that is the problem with that type of Vacuum Breaker
Water flows faster then disc can move/seal so a little weeping does occur

You could try disassemble and use some plumbers grease on the guide post disc rides up/down on
