Anybody know this Warning Symbol?
Several times now, we see this symbol (and hear the waning sound) after starting the engine. It goes away after about 3 to 5 minutes. I looked everywhere but cannot find any documentation.

Of the air prestos low on the tag axle warning light will display until air pressure is up
You may have a check valve leaking

That may make sense. We noticed that it sometimes takes a long time for it to air up, usually after sitting for a week or longer. Going to fast idle takes care of it but it sounds like there is a leak somewhere.
We had the coach at a Freightliner dealer to fix a coolant leak recently and I asked the tech about it. He said he'll check it out but of course, since it wasn't doing it right there and then he didn't find anything.
I guess my best bet is to try to listen myself where air is leaking out when this happens again. Obviously not easy with the engine running ...

There is an app by FL that shows all the dash symbols. Click on a symbol and get the explanation. Lots of other handy stuff included in the app.

It is in the Freightliner operator's manual.
Steerable Tag Axle Warning
The steerable tag axle indicator activates when there is a loss of air pressure at the axle. Air pressure is needed to lock and unlock the steerable tag axle. See Fig. 5.6.

There are electronic versions of the Freightliner manuals on the USB card that comes with the coach which are text searchable.

Yes....I have that, but the APP is handy for quick reference. As a matter of fact, I just looked at the 6000 mile service on the APP to see what they wanted changed......they want the oil changed in some major items, like the rear end, oil hubs and fan drive gear box. Luckily for me, my fan drive gear box, did it's own self service with the leaking. :-)
