Anyone have a 3911 Canyon Star?

I have owned two of the handicap model newmar canyon stars with the wheelchair lifts.
Have any of you had a problem with the door actuators to get to the lift?
My actuator came apart in the parking lot. Newmar wants $1028 for a new one. I have no choice to buy one. My coach is a 2019. My last coach was a 2017. Newmar said they discontinued the part number last year and went to this new model actuator made in Russia. I asked for the part number of the old actuator and they can’t give that out. I have owned this coach for 4 days. My last coach I had for 2 years and no problem with that actuator.
Can any of the 3911 owners that have a 2017 or older model look at the actuator and get a part number off of the actuator, and mfg? I would rather have that actuator. I don’t know why newmar went to this new actuator, I’m sure cost. I am a paraplegic in a chair and I travel alone, I count on that door to open. I am doing it manually, I can do it but it is banging against the lift. I’ve traveled all over the country by myself and run into obstacles in the chair, I have been able to figure them out but this one is a safety hazard and I need to find a remedy.
Thanks in advance.
