Anyone heard from "Javajelly"

Javajelly was a regular here some time ago (I loved his "handle").

He was a campground owner from N. Java, New York State.

Has he left us?

Cool I'm still out here

Hello all. Max emailed my company to check in. Sorry not to have been on. As our family has grown and changed we have put our Rig up for consignment at Independence RV. Our last trip was in November to Florida. Kids are getting older and because of the campground business we can only travel in the Winter, school is getting tougher to take off.

I talked my father in law into buying a Newmar and he got a Dutch Aire. I am now his on call technician as he is definitely not up to speed yet. It is fun to help someone else with what can be a trying hobby/toy.

By the way, apparently a few of you were at Newmar last Spring while my Father in law was there getting his initial punch list taken care of. You actually said some nice things about me to him. Not sure why but, he was impressed. While I am past the point of having to impress hiim, I at least can get an occasional word in edgewise when we are talking RVing.

I don't think I will be that active on irv2.com until we decide to get back into RVing when the kids are older. Anyone can email me at scott@wnyjellystone.com. I would love to hear from you.

Hi Scott-

Good to hear from you. I don't know if I can hang around till your kids grow up since I have 6 Great Grand children already- .

Get the father in law to come on board. He could be "Javajellytoo"

Best of luck to you Scott, Maybe I'll get to your RV park some day- I sure hope so.

Adios my friend-

I will probably be on irv2.com as a proxy as my father in law does not have a computer and in all likelihood never will.

BTW, the dealer that sold the Dutch Aire to my Father in Law did an absolute pathetic job in PDI. I had to do it all over for him and it was a blast.

Hi Scott, we were at Newmar and met your in-laws while we were getting some work done on our coach. Very nice people. We enjoyed visiting with them.

I dropped in to see Scott this past August at his campground, one of the busiest weekends of his season. What a gentleman! He took time to spend with me and Mary Ellen; I got a great tour of his campground, and what a GREAT waterpark he installed recently.

He told me then about his time dilemma of motorhoming with his young family and his business. Sorry to hear that Scott is selling his coach.

Best of Luck to Scott and his family. What a great family campground!

P.S. I have since referred his campground to one of my employees with her young family, and they LOVED it.
