There is supposed to be (per YouTube videos) of a KIB app for Baystar and up coaches for model year 2023. I heard that on one of the Ventana videos. Since I haven't decided what I want yet I didn't look further. But if you have the KIB screens and some sort of wifi in the coach I'd imagine it'd work similarly.

I spoke to Newmar, the Bay Star has the KIB starting in 2023, but there is no app for that version. You have to get a Ventana and up to get the KIB with the app.

You may want to chase down KIB. There was a few systems like this a couple years ago that just needed a bluetooth/wifi module added in the back to be run via external apps. Sometimes that's a big deal but more likely it's just a snapfit module on the same controllers as the other units. Newmar probably deletes that for marketing reasons. Or maybe it's already there and they changed the firmware to grey it out. FWIW this is one of the brands out there, maybe not KIB but who knows under the hood: https://www.fireflyint.com/products

Thanks! I just spoke to Walt at KIB (574-262-0518) and he pointed me to the app on the App Store... it's called Connected_Solutions. I'll try to signup and pair it and see if it works.
