Aqua/Hydro Hot Register Replacement

Need to replace front Hydro Hot register due to fan failure. We have a 2006 Mtn Aire DP 4303. Looked under hood for access panel. None there. Cannot figure out how to access the register which is located deep beneath the dash. Also, when HVAC unit was replaced (Dometic Penquin) a new communication panel was installed. The Hydro Hot registers aren't recognized through the Duro Therm 5-button Comfort Control for zone two (the rear).
Haven't attempted any repair yet but would like some input on how to proceed on my DIY mission. Thanks.

Take the the drawer out in the dash and then you should be able to get to heat ex-changer; also you may be able to replace fan with an equitable muffin fan. this work on our previous 2008 Dutch star. if yours is like mine was a lot of wasted heat was ducted into dash; I made a plenum out of some metal and silver duct tape.

Here is a post with pictures of the heater access and removal.
The control units for the AC's have dip switch's that have to recognize the furnace it should be in the DURO THERM instructions, if you need them look in QT's 1 & 2 about 1/2 way down and they are there.
When they changed out your AC did they install a new gasket and install correctly?
