Automotion front shade intermittent operation
I have an Automotion motorized front shade in my 2020 Baystar 3014. The shade has lost is set points several times and I purchased a handheld programmer from Newmar to reset it. Now it sometimes fails intermittently when raising or lowering. I have tried isolating the unit and running it with a separate 12vdc power supply and the problem still happens. When it fails the only way to operate it is with the programmer. I am wondering if others have had problems with this shade? My next move will be to replace the shade motor and would be interested if anyone had done this before.
