Awning Beeping?

2021 Kountry Star 3709 FL: brought my coach home for a couple of little tweeks. (DEF check, tire check, fitted some reflectix for all windows etc)I put the awning out ( over the kitchen, the big one) went in the house and came back out 15 min later and started hearing a beep every min or so. I leave the wind sensor always activated. So, is the beep a warning from a “low” battery in the remote or the awning or am I totally off base? P.S. for those of you that may remember my door awning is not coming in all the way and I did adjust the allen wrench adjustment on the door awning-to no avail. Gonna have to let the service guys figure it out

Yes, low battery warning on the Bluetooth module. Be careful with the screws on the module, the plastic get brittle from sun exposure. I managed to slightly crack the plastic, so I sprayed the entire module with a rubber sealant when finished. Can still get it open for next change, but wanted to make sure no water intrusion do to my work.

We had the same awning beeping on our 2020 Kountry Star. It was the battery in the awning module. When it was installed they pinched the seal and it was not water tight. So the battery and board was cooked. They replaced it under warranty.

This a new awning for carefree and it has had some issues. That is the Bluetooth module indicator for low battery. If you swap the battery and it still doesn’t work, you can replace under warranty. You can just disconnect and use the switch until you can get in for service. NIRVC or your selling dealer would be able to assist with the repair. .
