Axle discrepancy
I have been setting my tire pressure based on heaviest side on my axles. My question is about the weights from the scale.
Front axle total weight 15,480.
FR 6580
FL 6640
Why is there a 2k difference between total and each side? The rears have the same discrepancy. Shouldn't the two weights add up the the total weight?
Sorry if it is a stupid question, I usually have alot of them......

When weighing, the level of coach and amount of weight on tag make a big difference in the front axle weight.
More pressure on tag shifts more weight to front, and vice versa.
That is why it is important to weigh at ride height and level every time.

Yes. Something is very wrong. How are you getting the individual tire weights? Hopefully you are setting pressure based on the axle weight until you sort it out. Obviously better to be over than under if any doubt.

I agree with "redbaron73" to a certain extent, but not 2000 pounds different. You can request, via email, the weights of your coach as it came off the assembly line. Here's mine, the front tires equal the total weight exactly.

Local nursery has a scale and I do total weight, front axle, rear axle tag included, and all four corners. I run the tags the same as the rears. The scale area is level so I'm not sure and I'm at ride height. I will run based on total axle weight until I can get somewhere that has a better setup than the nursey.

Always a good idea to check/verify RIDE HEIGHT before weighing.

if the nursery scale is really purchased to just weigh either front/rear or even just total truck weight, doing corner weights might be using an inaccurate part of the scale. IE edges aren't calibrated only the total scale.
So aside from all the good advice above, I agree I'd try and find a place that can do corner weights by design. I know our local eco dump scale is not really set up for individual weights, and they don't care because that's not their use case.

If I run with total axle weight 15480 x1.1 I need to run my tires at 125psi. Going to be a rough ride home. Thanks for the heads up guys.

That sounds right for the 2014/2015 coaches. That was a factor in the later years getting 365s.

Need to find a shop or a CMV officer who has digital scales, should be able to measure every tire simultaneously to get the actual weight. Testing one or two tires at a time is going to shift the weight from side to side or front to rear somewhat, maybe not 2k somewhat though.
