We just got a '03 KA KSWB (fiver). Called Newmar, asked where the best/easiest place to run wires was & they suggested wireless. I don't think so....heard too many poor-reception stories.
Anybody done this, can you give me a play-by-play?

Have you thought about hard wiring thru your service compartments, under the chassie to the rear wall. The wire for the camera shouldn't be that large, if you drilled thru floor you could dress up in corner of room,in back of chair to cabinet above. They sell small sticky molding to house the wire from floor to cabinet. Newmar doesn't prewire for a rear monitor? Sure they didn't do that. I have wired things thru cabinets, compartments to get what I wanted to put in, sound sys.,solar panels,etc.etc. You just have to plan it out, than do it, probably better than Mfg.would have done it after market.---"007"

Tks for the reply! I suggested to Newmar a $5 piece of conduit front to back when unit is built would be a blessing. Enclosed underbelly is going to be a PITA.
Trailer not home, @ storage lot. When it gets warm enough to sustain life (70+) I'll look at that!
