Basement Thermostat ‘12 King Aire?

We just picked up a 12 king Aire and the basement seems to stay very warm we do have the oasis turned on but I don’t have the heat on does any one know what controls the basement heat on this unit? Thanks it’s the 4584 model with silver leaf

If you have the heat on for the back (or the bypass switch is on) then hot coolant is going thru the register in the wet bay. A button thermostat in the wet bay controls the fan on it. I think it is set for about 45 degrees.

On my 15 London Aire there is a little non adjustable thermostat.it call a snap switch. It is located close to my water pump. It is a little round button with two wires going to it. I believe it comes on around 36 and goes off around 54 degrees f
I have checked mine with a baggie filled with ice cubes and a multimeter. The inverter also puts out a lot of heat I can feel it thru the floor right above it hope this helps

I’m not at the coach but will post one later. Look in the water bay on the right side on the back side of the plastic panel up above the water pump it is screw to the side, round button with two wires mine was attached with a plastic zip tie and the switch was suspended.

In our 05 Essex the basement is always warm in that area due to a combination of the HydroHot and the inverter. The bathroom floor is always warm.
