As a RV owner, you should own a Digital volt meter.
Even if another Dutch Star owner says that the batteries are getting charged, yours may not because of a problem or something someone else did.
The sure fire way is to measure the terminal voltage at the batteries.
They should be 13.8 or higher during charge/float.
Does your Systems test panel which shows coach battery voltage also show chassis battery voltage....another way to confirm.
Inverters only charge the house batteries, so the coach builder would have to add a separate battery minder for the chassis batteries. Or have a circuit to which activates the boost/charge solenoid.
