battery disconnect bypass

hi.
Having 12v problem . No 12v when off shore power. Anyone know how to bypass KIB LR9806 relay on 1996 Dutch Star 3455 DP. Hoping this will solve problem till
i can get a replacement. Thanks.

You can remove the main lines off the disconnect and bolt them together that would be stright in from the battery

There are three common disconnect systems used.. I will give examples of each

1: Perko switch, As the other poster suggested connect both BIG wires to same terminal

2: Solenoid that is out in the open: Same advice

3: Solenoid that is well and truly buried (Example Intelletec Battery Control System) or, what I have.

A heavy gauge wire (I used #4) between the AUX and GENERATOR terminals on the bottom of the box. I just loosened the screws, slid the jumper in with the wires already there and re-tightened till I could fix the switch.
