Bay Star 2903 Leveling Jack Question

I read earlier that the leveling jacks were to be used to make the coach stable and not to lift them to level the MH. I commented that my last MH I would lift the MH one side more than the other to make it close to level. I use boards sometimes under the tires and jacks. Is it OK to do that with my new MH?

Thanks you for your advice!

Yes it is fine to lift the coach to level, with your jacks. It is not wise to lift the back wheels off the ground with jacks. Parking brakes only hold the back wheels, this becomes problematic when little or no weight is on the rear tires. Driving up onto boards is a good idea as it reduces the lifting for the jacks. It also increases the pressure between the tire and ground, when level, so your parking brake is more effective. Be sure to use a board wide enough to support the entire width of the tire tread.
