Bay Star 3209 Windows

Don't want to sound like a complainer but all the dual pane sliding windows in our coach whether vertical or horizontal are very stiff and somewhat difficult to operate. Can anybody out there point us in the right direction is what may be the best lubricating material to use on these guys?
Secondly, we're feeling kinda stupid, but what's the trick to removing the screens?

We have a 2013 model 3209, purchased last August. The windows on ours are a little stiff, to be expected but no overly so.

To remove the screens, open the window, slide the screen open part way, grasp both sides and lift up until the bottom is free of the lower window track. Reverse the process to put it back.
