Bay Star Floor Problem

Received a call today from the dealer from which we recently bought our new Bay Star. The message stated that we needed to make an appointment for repair of the interior floor covering. I did not see the voice mail until it was too late to call. The wife brought to my attention a couple days ago, that the floor covering was scratching very easily. I will find out tomorrow from the dealer. Has anyone else with a Bay Star received such a message about their floor needing attention?

Your problem could be limited to one weeks production , or even one roll of material , and other units built the same time are the only ones being recalled.

It is a problem with the sub floor, must be just a few instances. Checked my chassis wiring and found that it is secure, so that is a good thing.
