Bay Star Front Door lock adjustment

Hello,
We have a 2017 Bay Star, and the front door is very hard to open with the door handle from the outside and the inside. I am not sure what to adjust. I know sometimes it is harder to open depending on how level the coach is. Right now we are parked on a slab of concrete. My wife got locked out once and fell down trying to open the door from the outside, so I need to do something.

On the side of the door frame next to the handle there is a small round hole with a cover. Remove the cover and use a socket to adjust the nut inside there. One way makes the door easier to open, the other harder. Click the latch shut to test of it’s gotten better or worse. If you make it too easy, the door can open in transit. Be aware.
