Bay Star Sport Newmar Fuse block

Went looking for the Newmar fuse block on the firewall to the left of the steering column. I like to see where the fuses are located before I need to replace one.
Pretty tight place to get into, but after i removed the folding table on the engine cover (doubt I will replace it) i was able to get into a position where I could get at the fuse block. There is Ford fuse block on the side wall next to the drivers seat as well as the Newmar fuse block on the firewall.
Quite a contrast, the Ford box is sturdy and mounted solidly. Newmar box is minimal, pretty cheap looking, has no cover and is simply screwed down on the carpet. Not easy to upgrade. Disappointing addition to a growing list of minor but irritating problems and poor work.

Interesting, Mine is screwed to the firewall quite solidly to not too far from the ford one and contains some ignition switched and some unswitched blanks as well, I used it to power the battery charger for the toad. It was quite well finished. The cover over the ford one broke the first time I removed it in constrast so I'm running without it now.

Maybe a year makes all the difference. Mine sits on the carpet. Two screws, each on opposite corners.
