Bed Slide Issue - Roller?

Has anyone had similar issues as seen in the picture showing where the plastic cover on bottom of slide has worn out where I assume the rollers are?

Also, there are some screws around the slide box that I assume are to remove trim from each side of the opening. I'm also assuming that they would remove the bottom trim to access the roller(s). The question is this. If I were to take out the screws and pull the bottom plate off to inspect the situation, does that remove the entire outer trim piece or only the metal plate that is about 3-4 inches wide? I hate to find that removing the trim piece also creates more problems than I want to get into.

BTW...here is the diagram of the slide. I don't see any adjustments for the rollers. It appears to show that the trim is part of the "plate" with the screws.

My 2014 dutchstar 4364 was doing the same thing. $531.00 dollars later northtrail replaced a double wheel roller. I don't believe the outside trim was touched. They gave me the old roller and the wheels had black on them like they were not rolling.

Does this look like the roller you had replaced?
