Bedroom A/C replacement unit

I have a 1998 Dutch Star 38’ DP I need to replace the rear a/c unit is there a direct fit if so could someone possibly tell what it is. I really don’t want to replace the thermostat unless I have to. Thanks
If I am looking at the correct information the original was a Duo Therm Penguin 13500 with heatstrip.

I would call Dometic customer service and at the very least, have them give you the model # that is available on new units that is compatible with your coach and thermostat.

I know one of these days I’ll be in situation and I’ve been watching as others have asked your Question..

My understanding is that if you replace only 1 unit you have to buy a pc board for the new unit so it will work with the old Tstat.
