Would start by checking under the bed if anything is blocking the close of the slide. After that check take up the false floor of the bottom of the bed and again watch the travel of the slide to see any issues. There is a stop which limits how far the slide comes out and there could be a problem there. While you are under the bed check the 4 bolts that attach the motor to the slide out assembly to see if those bolts are lose. Don't think that is your problem but by checking the slide out motor bolts are lose you will be making a far worse problem from cause the motor to get damaged.

There is a controller that amps out when the room gets fully extended. Should be down in the bay. Have someone run the room and watch the controller and see what it is saying on the display. Either the room is in a bind or something is telling it to stop running. Does the motor move if you try to bump out the room?
