They are a platinum dealer. You have to play the game the "Newmar" way.

Step 1: call the number in your window and open a case. If you don't have a number, call the main customer service, and have them route you to the London Aire specialist.

Step 2: ask them to arrange the most efficient and expedient resolution.

You may be provided with mobile repair, or it may be that Berryland has a magic opening. They have a contract that prohibits denial of service, but doesn't prohibit delays. These situations tend to disappear when Newmar contacts them.

I know them well. If they sold the camper and it's in the extended warranty period, they will eventually get to it. My last one was scheduled in Feb 2021 for June 2021. It was not till mid August when I got it back from service. Yes, 6 months, but the MH was still usable and we had no major issues till just before drop off in June.

If it's in the warranty period for the manufacturer, they are all over it fast. I had no delays for motorhome service when it was in-warranty period, 2018-2019 timeline.

That said, if I could find a different repair facility for Newmar, I would. They have excellent repair technicians and excellent work. The service personnel who handle the service are not friendly, and the wait time between service schedule has become too long to feel comfortable waiting before cascade failures occur from lack of maintenance. Likely due to the volume they are dealing with these days.

I'll be there soon for new warranty service and will provide an update after my visit.

Newmar support was unable to force them to accept my unit before the warranty would have expired. They denied having any service openings before November 2022 (called in September 2021). They initially entirely denied service claiming that they are only required to service Newmars purchased from them.

There are NO Newmar service techs available in South Louisiana, and no dealer willing to look at one within 600 miles of Baton Rouge. Don't fall for the whole "call the mobile tech guy, he's really good" since Leo will never return your calls. Pretty sure they're either out of business, or backlogged for the next year after the hurricane. NIRVC is literally the closest Newmar shop that will accept work.

We have three service centers here in the Lafayette area that approved by Newmar:

Powerhouse RV
Billy Thibodeaux RV
Tech RV

we have been using Powerhouse RV and they have even met me on a Saturday when we needed to get our steps worked on. The website is needing updating from Newmar to include all service centers that are approved to do warranty work..

Good choice!! have a friend that just bought a coach from them and they really do great work there in Lewisville!!

May have to go there and visit the facility next time I'm in Grapevine..
