black tank rinse fitting inside the tank

Inquiring minds want to know what is inside the black tank where the rinse hose connects to the tank. Is it just a straight shot into the tank or is there an angled fitting to help stir up the solids by creating a swirling effect ?

Typically there is a conical cone fitting on the inside of the tank with several small holes around the circumference.

I think it's a black science, and I'll leave it at that!

John, with your 2001 coach look up SPK64 MOD Section in QT's # 3 has lots of good information for maintaining your coach.
There are many threads with pictures of items that had to be changed out for a coach of your age bracket.
MADP --- DSDP are close enough to be sisters.

I am not persuaded a lot of thought is put into the rinse system. Only the dedicated owner can do such a thing. I would like to set up a rinser that actually washes the sensor area, like one of those Tornado thingies. I wonder why no manufacturer ever does that? Perhaps its just me, I get the stuff that was assembled all wrong...
