Body Repair Options in Florida

We just got hit along the passenger side of our coach, taking out the compartment doors and the fiberglass panels. It is driveable and we're continuing to Florida for the winter.

Does anyone have any experience with any body shops capable of the repair? We know it will take a while to get it scheduled and the required parts so we can go pretty much anywhere down there.

North Trail has a good size collision center in Fort Myers. I used their service center for warranty work on 3 occasions and they did a good job.

Can't help you with a repair shop. Based on my recent body shop experience, you need to"

1. Find one quickly. Parts availability is poor. It will take 6-9 weeks to get parts.
2. Have a place to stay. Your coach will be in the shop for weeks.

Good luck.

We got hit on the passenger side last year.... we took it to North trail and they did a great job and only took about a week.
I had wanted to go to Independence RV, where we purchased the coach, but they are such a small shop, that they couldn't even get us in for an estimate for several months, let alone even scheduling the actual work.

My insurance said their top 3 shops because of guaranteed repairs were Gander of Kissimmee, Bartow and Ft Meyers.

Taking mine to Bartow this morning.

https://autotruckcollisionrepair.com/

If in south central FL, there were all brands from PREVOSTS to Kenworth's there. Has a good rep

When we had some body work required on our old Tiffin Sprinter, they recommended Bryan's in Lake Wales. They did a great job. Not sure if they can handle the extent of your repairs but they seem to do truck work as well as RV's.

By the way, I called NorthTrail to get some simple maintenance work done and they told me they were scheduling work for Feb/Mar at this point! Not sure if that is the same for body work though.

Good luck!
