Breaker Breaker
Flipped on the dinette light the other day and it blinked and then went off. Now nothing from the switch. All other lights work on the slide. I've looked in the fuses above toilet in the bathroom, in the fuses in outside front left bay.
Does anyone have a clue where a fuse might be for that individual light? Could it be fixture?

Maybe this is too simple, but, could it be just a bulb went out?

That would be my first thought as well. Well, actually, check first to make sure that the bulb is tight. Rattling down the road, bulbs sometimes loosen by themselves. Turn it on, it lights up, heats up, expands and no longer makes contact. Worth a shot, especially if no other lights are affected. If it is tight, swap it with a similar bulb from another fixture, if it still doesn't work, THEN start thinking power to the fixture.

There are 5 bulbs in the fixture. They are LED as I switched to all LED's in the coach last year. I have reseated all the bulbs. Didn't help

Does the switch turn on any other fixtures? If not then it may be the switch. Easy to test the switch with a meter.

Okay, here's another possibility that we had happen with our old travel trailer. Similar situation, one light on slide went out, wasn't bulb, checked all breakers, etc. I was getting ready to start trouble shooting wiring to slide, and my wife found the problem. The GFCI in the bathroom had tripped, which supplied power to the slide. Weird wiring, but that was it. This may not be your problem, since LED's used coaches are usually on the 12v dc circuit, but perhaps yours are 110 volt, on the AC side? Look for a tripped GFCI, then check the switch.

If I were to be suspicious of anything I would guess the switch may be the issue. Have you checked the fixture with a voltmeter?
