Broken Slide

I deployed my Driver side full length Slide and was told of a "Bad" noise. When we checked we found a rod with with screw threads along the length, had pulled its mount that was attached to the support beam of the slide. You know the one with the holed along the bottom to bring the slide in or out

Any idea what this rod is for and does?

What should I do?

I have completed the Contact for on the Newmar support page but have not a response

I have a 2020 KSDP 3426.

Good afternoon,
So after reading this I think I might need a picture or two to help out. You can text to 404-314-9996 or post on the forum and I will see what we can do.

Thanks,
Justin
