Build Quality??
We havent been in a Newmar since 2019/2020 when we owned 2 pre-c0v1d coaches.
How are the post-k0v1d builds holding up? Newmar has been through A LOT the last few years w the acquisition, parts/suppliers, labor, up and down market etc... we are actively searching for a new coach to run around the country in the fall and are unsure if a Newmar will be the ticket for us.
Seems like the 24+ coaches have some of the operational and supply kinks worked out but would love to hear from current owners!!
Thanks

We have a 24 MA with 9,000+ milers on it now and only minor issues with the build like a day shade fell down, 3 compartment doors need adjusting, one rear red marker light is out, and 1 fog light has water in it. All of our “major” issues to date have nothing to do with Newmar build like summer loop pump going out, HWH solenoid leaked slowly, and rear drive axle seal had a minor leak.
I am more than satisfied with Newmar build on our coach. Heck some of the hwy roads we have been on where your molars practically pop out, I can not believe how the cabinets, TV, etc are mounted but everything has stayed put.

The quality is much improved on the 24+ models.

We were very satisfied with our 2023 New Aire. We had mostly minor issues which were corrected during our factory delivery. Overall we were so satisfied with Newmar we ordered a 2025 King Aire which we will be taking a factory delivery the end of next month. No manufacturer is perfect, but we have found Newmar to be very responsible and more than willing to remedy any manufacturing issues. Best of luck on your search for a new coach!

Bought a new 2022 Ventana and after we got through the initial "new" issues under warranty, everything has been awesome. Only issues we have had are weather or road debris related.

I know your question seems geared more to '24s or newer, but will just comment that our new-to-us 2021 New Aire...a real smack dab in the middle of covid build in June '21...had just a handful of minor warranty issues...adjustments to slides, bay doors, etc. Nothing serious and nothing repeating. Not that I want to jinx myself, but everything is operational as designed. In fact, accessibility to some key items that might require service are better in this coach than they were in our 2013 Mountain Aire.
I did have a little chuckle when I told our salesperson that I was a little nervous buying a "covid coach" and his response was that Newmar never had any issues during the covid period so there are no Newmar Covid coaches! :-))) Yeah...right!

I would go to the 2025 Music City Motorhome Expo. I would bet the prices will be some of the best you will see all year. You can look and test drive as many as you want. They will have new and used coaches there.

Our 2022 Ventana has been superb after a few small new coach issues that never stopped us from using it. I have heard the newer builds are great as well.

Even though my 2023 New Aire was built in Oct 2022, I think the build quality overall was pretty good. Yes I have had some minor issues, but typical for new motorhome punch list. Most I resolved quickly myself, saving mainly those I wanted documented for the dealer.
Best,
-Mark

Agree I wouldn’t base decisions 100% off data. But the OP did ask about build quality. Data based over a year worth of deliveries from a high volume dealer must have some merit. Not sure what else you would base quality on? What I see as a quality coach you may see as a terrible build. At least this data takes the emotion out of it.

We have 2022 London Aire, a COVID mobile. Got it used at 6 months old. Still had warranty. Had issues but all fixed by NIRVC or NewServe (Newmar's mobile service in CA). Coming up on 3 years being full time in this coach.
