Build Time
What's a good rule of thumb for build time for a new order? Trying to get a general sense to back into the timing with everything else getting ready to full-time

Back in 2022 when we special ordered there were a couple of variables. Big demand and COVID supply chain issues. If you are ordering from a dealer that already has stock orders in the system they might give you one of those that is already in the schedule. Otherwise you are at the end of the line. We ordered June 1 and took delivery December 15th (original date was November 15th). I would imagine you are in the 4-6 month range.

Placed our Essex order in January, it was scheduled to roll off the line mid May. We're doing factory delivery, currently scheduled for early July.

I sure hope that its less than 6 months for special orders now that Covid is done!! this covid hangover needs to end!!!

OR, they need to come up with a new/improved EXCUSE!

Contact your selling dealer. They can give you the build cycle for your order.
Mine in 2019, (2020 model), took right at 4 months! Also, did "Factory Pick Up" which added about 2 weeks!
Good Luck!
PS: If a 2024 model....they year model changeover will probably occur at the end of this month, and you may expect late September to early October production. That's my speculation!

We ordered ours on April 8th. Been asking our dealer for insite from Newmar and have not received a response. But our special features prints just came out this past Friday so we should get that insite soon.

In 2022 we ordered our LA the day the spec sheet hit the dealer, that was right at dealer meeting in May.
It was delivered to the dealer 15th of August far ahead of what was expected.
