Cab heat?

I have no heat coming out for heat or defrost. Water valves are open, lines seen to be hot by water valve but no heat. Could the heat control valve be stuck and water is bypassing. Anyone had a problem like this.

If the hoses are hot check the Evans heater control to see if controls move the AC/HEATER unit and also the vacuum hose could be loose on control to open doors.
All Evans information can be found in QT's # 3.

Looking around someone said to check a round looking filter before the regulator. Sure enough I checked it and it was clogged and dirty, cleaned it and I think I might have it! Thanks for all the help on this issue. I did just change my Radiator last fall maybe that had something to do with the clog. Jim :-)
